I know we all struggle with forgiveness and forgiving those who hurt us or done us wrong. We also struggle with forgiving ourselves as well. But thank God for forgiveness! Because he forgives us, we can give and receive it freely. Give it to God so that you can be set free from the bondage of un-forgiveness. Scripture Psalm 103:12
